With more than 35 years of executive leadership across environmental, health, safety, and sustainability consulting, Bob brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational experience, and industry-wide impact. His career spans regional, national, and global roles within publicly traded, privately held, and employee‑owned organizations, where he has consistently delivered profitable growth, strengthened client relationships, and elevated organizational performance.

Bob is particularly well known for building and transforming professional services businesses. His leadership has been instrumental in integrating acquisitions, enhancing operational excellence, and guiding firms through complex environments. In addition to executive roles, Bob has played a central role in mergers and acquisitions, advising strategic buyers and private equity investors, conducting acquisition evaluations, and overseeing post‑merger integration efforts that expand capabilities and accelerate growth.

Today, he continues to serve as a trusted advisor and board director to leading consulting firms in the U.S. and internationally.
