With over 48 years of professional experience, Victor Cheung has participated in various construction projects across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, residential, institutional, infrastructure, energy, and healthcare.

Victor was President of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (2014–2015) and Chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong (2017–2018). In 2019, he was awarded the Gold Medal by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, UK, in recognition of the significant advancement he has made in the discipline of building services engineering.
