As Co-Chief Executive Officer, Robin oversees Gafcon’s day-to-day operations. A construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in program, project, and construction management. Since joining Gafcon in 1998, Robin has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success.

Robin is committed to delivering quality projects and building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants. His experience spans public, educational, residential, and commercial/retail sectors.

Prior to Gafcon, Robin worked as a development/project manager for Rabie Property Developers and a construction manager for Resnekov & Neilson in South Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Cape Technikon in Cape Town.

Robin is active in advancing workforce development and education in the region. He serves on the Corporate Council for the San Diego Community College District and participates as a panelist for their Continuing Education programs. From 2017 to 2023, including five years as President, he served on the San Dieguito Union High School District’s Independent Citizens Oversight Committee.
