Robert Kloepfer

Biography

Robert (Bob) Kloepfer is a senior executive, board director, and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of leadership experience in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability consulting. He is widely recognized for building and transforming professional services organizations, with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Over the course of his career, Bob has led regional, national, and global operations within publicly traded, privately held, and employee-owned firms. He has a strong track record of scaling organizations, strengthening client relationships, integrating acquisitions, and improving performance across complex businesses.

Bob has played a central role in mergers and acquisitions, advising strategic buyers and private equity investors, leading acquisition evaluations, and overseeing post-merger integration to expand capabilities and accelerate growth. He continues to serve as a trusted advisor and board director to leading U.S. and international consulting firms.

Bob holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Policy and Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Resource Management from Allegheny College. He is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor and has completed executive education at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
