With over 30 years of experience in construction law across both law firms and in-house legal roles, Michelle brings deep expertise in risk management, contracts, and dispute resolution. She has represented owners, owner’s representatives, designers, contractors, construction managers and subcontractors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of the construction industry. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, she leverages her broad legal background to support the global operations of GISI Consulting Group.
Previously, Michelle served as General Counsel at Palladium, a GISI Consulting Group company. She was also Deputy General Counsel at STO Building Group, where she advised on complex construction and infrastructure projects, served as Corporate Secretary and co-founded the firm’s national women in construction network, which she also co-chaired –promoting community, mentorship and professional development.
Earlier in her career, Michelle served as Project Counsel for the LaGuardia Airport Terminal B Redevelopment Project.
Michelle holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a JD from Hofstra University School of Law.
