As Chief Operating Officer, Mark Rynning is responsible for overseeing GISI Consulting Group’s operations around the world. He also drives the Group’s mission, manages company-wide goal setting and performance, and supports recruiting, training, and career advancement efforts.

Prior to joining GISI Consulting Group, Mark spent more than 30 years with Tetra Tech, Inc. where he ultimately led the Resilient, Sustainable Infrastructure (RSI) Division. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
