Kathleen brings more than 25 years of experience in aligning business and people strategies both domestically and globally. She leads through organization design and execution of programs and initiatives to ensure the human resources service delivery model supports long-term and sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining the GISI Consulting Group, Kathleen held roles in human resources with Palladium, Danaher Corporation, Deloitte, IBM, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a California native holding a BS in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from USC.
