Jason Thacker brings over 15 years of leadership experience across finance, accounting, contract management, and operations. As Senior Vice President of Global Finance at GISI Consulting Group, he plays a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and overseeing integration activities across the firm’s global portfolio.

Jason has led high-performing teams within the commercial energy, environmental, and engineering sectors, with a strong focus on margin enhancement, operational efficiency, and acquisition due diligence and integration. Prior to joining GISI, he served as Vice President of Finance & Accounting for the Commercial and International Group at Tetra Tech, Inc., where he was responsible for financial management and reporting for a diverse global business.

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
