Bryan Benso brings over 30 years of experience across public and tribal capital projects, real estate development, agency negotiations, and master planning. As Co-CEO of Gafcon PM-CM LLC, Bryan leads the company’s growth initiatives, ensuring its continued success and expansion. His strategic vision and leadership drive the company’s development and foster key partnerships.
Bryan joined Gafcon in 1994 as a Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Corporate Vice President. In 2008, he became the Vice President of Planning and Real Estate Development for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, where he oversaw $2B in development projects, including major infrastructure projects like a 25mw substation and a 5mw cogeneration facility.
In 2020, Bryan returned to Gafcon as Chief Development Officer. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Tribal Administration Certification from Claremont McKenna College. Bryan was honored with the Character Counts Award by the Public Safety Academy Charter Schools and received Gafcon’s Outstanding Achievement Award in both 1997 and 2000.
