Wong Heang Fine is the Chairman of Asia Infrastructure Solutions (Singapore) and an Independent Board Director and Distinguished Fellow of GISI Consulting Group. He is also currently the Advisor to the President of Kazakhstan and sits on the boards of Temasek Trust, National University Hospital System, Changi Airport International and Samruk-Kazyna.

He has over four decades of leadership across the built environment sector, including as a developer, contractor, and consultant. He has previously served as the Founding Group CEO of Surbana Jurong, where he led the firm’s six-fold global expansion with 16,000 employees and consultancy revenue of S$2 billion. Mr. Wong has also contributed to academia and sustainability through roles at NTU and the World Green Building Council. 

Mr. Wong is a recipient of the NTUC Medal of Commendation and Public Service Star (BBM) for his Covid contributions, as well as a RICS Fellow and an iBuildSG Distinguished Fellow.
